Message	High vacuum low load is very good for your engine. It also burns off the crude that you can collect in your oil in city traffic. Highway just allows the engine to "stretch it's legs" and clean itself out. Sometime check a spark plug after city driving then check it after a nice highway trip. You will see a difference.
